Production Manager

Douglas joined Mecklenburg Paint Company in 2005 as a painter and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of our top Foremen. Known for his strong technical skills and leadership in the field, he frequently managed projects requiring lift work on both interior and exterior commercial properties.

During the COVID pandemic, Douglas stepped away for three years to focus on managing his rental properties. After returning to Mecklenburg Paint, he seamlessly transitioned back into leadership and, two years later, was promoted to Production Manager.

Douglas’s extensive hands-on painting experience, combined with his ability to communicate in two languages, makes him an invaluable leader for our field teams. He provides clear guidance on complex projects, supports crews in problem-solving, and helps ensure every job meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.
