Established in 1989, We are a woman owned commercial paint contractor specializing in interior/exterior maintenance repainting for office, commercial and industrial flex buildings, medical facilities, highly secure bank facilities and universities. Our clients are commercial property managers, facility managers and building owners. We do not perform any residential work.

Company Culture

Our Company Culture is an incredibly important part of what we do. We take pride in operating like a family. In 2016, we were nominated for Charlotte Business Journal’s Family-Owned Business Awards with our owners, Howard Etheredge and Liz Etheredge. In 2019, we made renovations to our office to create a multi-purpose room where we can host company meetings and training in a more formal setting. In 2019 we hosted our first open house, which was an incredible success! And as always, we take pride in the image we portray in ourselves as well as our vehicles - we aim to always keep clean and well-maintained!
