Allison Warren

Vice President

Allison joined Mecklenburg Paint Company in May 2013, bringing a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to the team. As Howard’s daughter, she was excited to step into the family business and quickly proved herself as a natural in the industry.

Early on, Allison immersed herself in relationship-building within the property management community, attending numerous after-hours events alongside Liz to connect with industry professionals. She developed her expertise through hands-on experience in both project management and estimating, gaining a comprehensive understanding of commercial repaint projects.

Today, Allison is our senior Project Manager responsible for estimating and managing interior and exterior commercial repaint projects, with a focus on office, retail, and industrial flex properties. In addition to her project management role, she plays a key part in growing the business, overseeing the company website, leading software transitions and upgrades, and implementing internal training initiatives.

Allison is an active member of BOMA and previously served as the BOMA Outreach Committee Chair. She continues to stay involved through her work on the BOMA Topgolf Committee, maintaining strong ties within the industry.

In March 2020, Allison was honored as one of Charlotte’s 50 Most Influential Women. The company is incredibly proud of her accomplishments and the leadership and empowerment she brings to women within Mecklenburg Paint Company and the broader community.
