Cheree joined Mecklenburg Paint Company in April 2023, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in Property Management. Because the majority of our work is performed for property managers, Cheree’s firsthand understanding of building operations, tenant expectations, and asset management makes her an exceptional fit for our team.

Her extensive background gives her unique insight into the very properties we service. She understands the priorities, timelines, and communication standards property managers require — allowing her to anticipate needs and deliver seamless project coordination.
