Andy began his career in the painting industry with hands-on field experience, quickly gaining practical knowledge of application techniques and coatings. It wasn’t long before he recognized that his strengths and expertise were especially well-suited to the estimating and project management side of the business.

In July 1999, Andy joined Meck Paint as a Project Manager for maintenance painting. Since then, he has become an invaluable asset to the company, bringing deep knowledge of painting systems, surface preparation, coatings, and project execution. His comprehensive understanding of both field operations and project planning allows him to deliver accurate estimates and well-managed projects from start to finish.

Andy is responsible for estimating and managing interior and exterior commercial repaint projects, with a primary focus on office, retail, and industrial flex properties. His attention to detail, industry experience, and commitment to quality ensure successful outcomes for clients and long-term property value.

In previous years, Andy was an active member of BOMA and IREM, regularly attending industry luncheons and networking events to stay connected with property management professionals and industry trends.
