Chiller Room Pads

Fresh coat of safety yellow on chiller plant pads. They sure look fantastic!

Parking Deck Accents

The painters are progress painting CMU structures and two-tone curbing in two levels of a parking deck. The deep blue accent stripe and peppercorn man doors give a nice pop to the freshly painted white walls. Looking GREAT!

Mechanical Room

This mechanical room experienced a chemical spill which caused the existing coating to fail. We took care of cleaning, sanding and repainting the entire floor to bring it back to life! The pipes got some love too!

Improving Safety Awareness

Before/after pics of safety yellow caution stripes on steps on the sidewalk. And before/after of handrails.

Wall repairs

We documented the progress of repainting a single wall in a conference room. We often hear new client’s shock when we tell them we prefer to paint over new carpet and the following photo series shows why nice carpet doesn’t worry our team. We are meticulous with the surfaces we use in the space to get our work done and we pay close attention to cleanup to ensure the space is left in tip top shape!

Industrial-flex

Our crew has been powering out the loading dock side of this building to get the faded façade enhanced.

STAIRWELLS

Stairwell painting at different properties.

Parking Deck walls

Our crew did an excellent job patching some heavy wall damage to a wall in a parking deck in Uptown Charlotte!

Rooftop Metals

Rusted metals on the rooftop took a great deal of prep work but the final result looks fantastic!

Lift work

We made the lime green pop on this exterior façade for a local charter school in Charlotte. The photos below show his first coat application. With exterior work, it is always recommended to apply two coats for best coverage and to extend the lifespan of your coating. This bold green can be found on the Sherwin Williams color chart as SW 6920 Center Stage!

Interior UP-FIT

This project was coordinated with flooring to update the first floor corridors and a few misc. rooms of CFSC. The crew installed wallcovering below the chair rail in the service corridor to help protect the lower portion of the wall during deliveries. New corner guards were installed on all corners throughout the first floor. Below are before, after and a few progress photos of the project coming to life!

Rainbow Crosswalk

The month of June was chosen for LGBT Pride Month to commemorate the Stonewall riots of June 1969. If this is something you want as an installation at your property, let us know and we’ll make it happen!

Chiller

Our crew scraped, mechanical sanded and wire brushed the rusted and corroded areas after insulation was removed by others. They applied one coat of Sherwin Williams Corothane I Preprime and two coats of Sherwin Williams Corothane I HS Aliphatic Urethane.

Dock Curbing and Columns

We took care of freshening up some dock curbing and columns in a parking deck.

Acrovyn Install

We installed acrovyn sheets in some exam rooms to help protect their walls from damage. She worked around existing fixtures and existing corner guards to help minimize the cost to the client. Below also shows how lighting can affect finishes - each of these pieces of acrovyn are all the same color 103 Beige, some look more white and others look more beige depending on the lighting in each room.

Man doors

The crew freshened up cooling tower doors and conduit with two coats of paint. The new color looks much more vibrant than the original! Now to get them to approve painting the CMU walls to improve the look of the surrounding painted surfaces…

Fire Strobe Repair

The client updated their fire strobes in their building. The newly installed bases left a few damages behind. We took care of patching, painting and repairing the wallpaper for these strobes. Client provided the wallpaper required for the patches in the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Fitness trail bridge

The crew scraped loose paint, spot primed exposed metal and applied two coats of finish paint. Great before/after pictures!

Interior Wall work

The scope for this project was to patch and paint the common area wall and two walls inside an office. We patched and painted to get the wall back to new!

Remove Vinyl Wallcovering

Day 1: Remove base and remove the VWC from corner to corner. Sand, Gardz and skim the walls. Day 2: Sand wall with sanding machine and prime walls. Day 3: Apply two coats of finish paint to the wall and door frame. Paint the expansion joint into the wall color. Reinstall existing base. Clean up happens at the end of each night so business can operate as usual during the day!

industrial white-boxing

While we do not typically work for General Contractors, this project was an exception. The scope was to prepare and paint the following items in a 140,000 SF area: ceiling (structural steel, decking, fire piping, duct work, conduit), walls, man doors, overhead doors, guard rails, railings, and the steel structure at the old mezzanine area. The floor was buffed and refinished by others. The lighting was replaced to LED lighting by others. The changes all did wonders to help this space get ready for leasing!

exterior metals

Before/after pictures of exterior metals we painted on a beautiful property in North Charlotte.

Building Exteriors

A beautiful exterior in Pinevile got a nice pop of blue!
